Churrascaria (choo-rah-scah-ria) is the name used to describe a restaurant that serves differnt cuts of roasted meats and Rodizio is the method of continuous service. The gauchos presented the meats still on the skewer and serve the meat for each person individually.
The atmosphere created by this unique service, invites customers to let loose, eat to their hearts' content and become Brazilian for the night.
The owners of Churras are Alessandra Costa, from Porto Alegre, south of Brazil and the Australian Churti Rayk.
